Rhum Bar is a comfortable environment, located at the entrance to the resort, an ideal location for anyone who wants to have a drink while waiting for someone or simply while enjoying the surroundings.
On the 2nd floor near the pool is the Garapa Bar, offering excellent salads and cocktails
On the 8th floor is the Grog Bar, where you can watch daily shows. If you prefer a cosier environment, you can find it in the Fly Lounge Bar, also on the 8th floor.
If you would rather go to the beach, we recommend the Calhau Bar, where you can drink natural fruit juice while enjoying the sound of the waves.

The à la carte restaurant, called Alambique, is located on the 2nd floor and offers you an exceptional gastronomic experience.
Here you will be able to enjoy the best regional and international food, based on our regional products. The black pig cured ham on a green asparagus salad with sugar cane molasses caramel; the house specialty marinated salmon with anise and fennel; the passion fruit pudding in tangerine foam and sesame seed crunch – these all are the calling cards of this restaurant.
At the Restaurante Engenho, where the daily buffet is served, you will have the chance to taste a variety of delicious delicacies, in which sugar cane and its products are given a privileged role.
We will take into account a wide variety of nationalities in composing the buffet themes, the Mediterranean, Italian night and the traditional Madeiran foods, crossing the Atlantic in search of Latin flavours.
On the 8th floor, next to the main swimming pool, we find the Barbecue Trapiche, which offers you a variety of light salads, snacks, pastas and risottos, with daily service of a smaller light buffet of salads and hot dishes.
