The first Ikos Resort in Crete, Ikos Kissamos, will be opening for the first time in summer 2026. The opening of the Ikos Kissamos resort has been postponed to May 2026, moving away from the initial 2025 target.

Ikos Resorts have announced a €520 million expansion plan with 4 new properties in Greece, Spain & Portugal. This means that Ikos is bringing the ‘Infinite Lifestyle’ to The Algarve in Portugal. Stay tuned for more details and special offers on the brand new Ikos Cortesia Algarve due to open for the very first time in summers 2028 with 448 rooms, suites, bungalows and villas.

This will be followed by a second property in Marbella, Spain, the Ikos Pinomar, with a date still to be selected.
