Should I book a package holiday? Booking your holiday as a package (flights and hotel together, at the same time, with the same company) does give you added protection by law so that is our preferred method of booking your holiday. If you do prefer to source the flights yourself then we are happy to provide the amazing rates, upgrades and offers that we get for the hotels we deal with. If you do need to make any amendments to your hotel booking due to your flights changing, then we will always do our best to accommodate your needs and this can usually be done with the minimum of fuss. It will just be subject to availability and any new costs (it may be more expensive, it may be cheaper). Our experts are always on hand to help guide you with advice and do all the work for you behind the scenes.

We only collect the finest hotels with great reviews and awards that offer the highest level of luxury holiday. Then we continue to liaise very closely with these hotels to obtain the best rates, free upgrades and added extras for our well deserving customers. We only ever contract rates for the best rooms in these hotels so no-one will ever be disappointed once they get to resort. Our customers have access to in resort representation for any of their holiday requests and there is a 24 hour emergency contact number provided.

We provide the very highest level of customer service from our UK based call centre with all of our fully trained service agents expertly versed in all of the hotels that we work with, with many of them having first hand experience. We also work very closely with every airline flying from the UK so we can offer the best rates and flight times possible and all our holidays can be arranged with a wide selection of finishing touches to make that break extra special, airport hotels and lounges, private resort transfers, car hire, extra legroom seating on the flight are all available at the lowest rates.

The Going Luxury Test – As the name suggests, at Going Luxury we do only collect the best luxury hotels in our property portfolio. Hotels of a certain standard that stand out from the crowd with an emphasis on value for money so that expectations are always exceeded.
