About Absalon Hotel
Welcome to Absalon Hotel, one of Copenhagen’s oldest family owned hotels! The hotel was founded in 1938 with only 11 rooms. Much has happened since then, completely renovated in 2015 the hotel has 161 modern and classic rooms and suites. At the reception we help with everything – from bandages, a map of the city, restaurant reservations to unusual ways of seeing Copenhagen.

This family-run hotel is in the vibrant Vesterbro district, within 5 minutes’ walk of Copenhagen Central Station and Tivoli Gardens. It offers bicycle rentals and a popular Scandinavian breakfast buffet.
