  • A Wellness centre extended approximately in 5000 m2, divided into three levels, thermal waters enriching the healing treatments offered in specially designed treatment rooms. That factor will give a special touch to the resort as it is one-of-a-kind in the region.
  • The thermal waters apart from being used for treatments, will also be provided in a specially designed environment for pleasure, with an easy access to external customers.
  • The main idea of the wellness center is to be operated under a “Brand Name” of an established and globally recognized company managing wellness and thalasso therapy centres.
• Kids Club
  • The kids’ village will host activities for children of all ages. More specifically it will consist of the following departments / activities. A specially designed area for babies and kids, aged from 4 months to 3 years, where they can creatively engage and develop their skills under the supervision of qualified and trained staff.
  • A special area for children from 4 to 12 years, offering recreational and educational activities. Splash Park where children of all ages can visit the park with water slides and other water attractions. For configuration, buildings, the necessary equipment and the operation of the kid’s village there will be cooperation with a specialized management company.
  • One of the most recognized companies is «WorldWide Kids Company» who has been operating the kid’s villages of several branded tourist resorts for several years now. It is an established brand which apart from the operation of the kid’s village will also significantly contribute to the promotion of our hotel.
  • Activities for children such as mini tennis, mini disco, activities at the water park and other educational games with the presence of parents will also be available.
• Beach & Pools
  • The beach and pool area will host during high season about 600-750 people according to studies conducted. The beach zone fits 450 beds and 400 others near the swimming pools, in order to cover all the customer needs of our resort.
  • The beach is divided into three zones. A beach that is accessible to all hotel guests and if there is some free space then external visitors can also use the sun beds and umbrellas in exchange for a fee. Also, a beach zone (quiet) for people seeking peace and relaxation and a beach for our VIP customers . All beaches are separated by access pathways and they will have the respective signs next to the entrance.
  • There will be also two lifeguard towers with all the necessary equipment.Water sports will be placed by the side of the beach, in an accessible point by car. In all beach areas drinks are served. It is worth noting that in the VIP Gazebo zone food can also be served. The whole service on the beach and pools will be performed by wireless ordering. The common use pools, all with fresh water, are centrally located next to the beach zone with axis to the main building.
